Minnesota PELSB Renewal Course Series

Eight substantive professional development courses for Minnesota educators, one for each mandatory renewal requirement area under Minn. Stat. 122A.187 and Minn. R. 8710.7200. Every course is self-paced, offered on an ongoing basis throughout the year, and maps its content directly to the criteria on the PELSB Mandatory Requirements Review Form.

Reviewer access note. These course pages are presented for evaluation by the PELSB Renewal Training Subcommittee and by Minnesota district continuing education committees. Each course opens fully in the browser with no login required for review, and each contains its own criterion-mapping table, primary source register, and version and provenance disclosure. Local continuing education committees retain approval authority for individual educators' clock hours.

Mandatory area: PBIS & Accommodating (Accommodating half)

A criterion-led course on accommodating curriculum for diverse learners, modifying curriculum for varied learning levels, and adapting curriculum to individual needs, with the IEP/504 decision boundary taught explicitly.
